Crossover: AI, held in Vancouver on December 9th, 2019, emerged with a consensus from local business leaders, industry executives, public agencies, academics, cities and leading thinkers that BC has a major role to play in the future success of Canada’s AI industry.

Starting with a showcase that featured the AI innovations of 400 graduate students from BC universities, the 350 Crossover: AI attendees concluded that the talent and widespread desire exists in British Columbia to make the province a key hub for Canada’s AI sector. And, that BC has the assets it needs to be globally competitive.
