the great acceleration

The pandemic has accelerated the pace of digital change. We need to use AI innovations to stimulate economic growth and build a healthier society.

In 2019, CrossOver: AI launched as a live event dedicated to building British Columbia and Canada as a global centre for excellence in AI and related technologies.

We’re now re-launching CrossOver as a campaign of 90 minute virtual events, which will offer an engaging mix of content and real networking.

The series will look at how AI can build the future. And it will build connections between Canadian and  global AI leaders.

CrossOver is produced by CityAge with the support of the Artificial Intelligence network of British Columbia (
AInBC) and our many terrific sponsors.

Introducing the CityCube

The best conferences rely on a “wow” factor - a gorgeous venue you can move through, visiting interesting sponsor exhibits and meeting great people. So we’ve re-created it virtually! This is a completely original solution by CityAge and IBI. Check out a few images of what’s to come here.

CityAge is using Remo.com, because it’s the best software we’ve seen to re-create the feeling of moving through a crowded conference room, finding a few interesting people to connect with and joining their table.

It works! Register so we can prove it, or watch a quick Remo demo
here.
