food's digital future

Canada is a food superpower.

We need to develop and embrace digital and data innovations, and smart technologies, to keep us in the lead of the world’s food producers. The Food’s Digital Future campaign is a series of virtual and live forums that bring together the people leading digital innovation.

These unique events, featuring leaders in all aspects of food, will culminate in a live event, anticipated to be held next Spring, to empower Canada’s food creators and providers to remain global leaders in this essential sector.

Episode 3

data and the future of food

Canada can build the food system of the future by embracing agriculture’s newest critical resource: data.

The third edition in CityAge’s look at the future of food will look at why Canada needs an integrated data strategy in agriculture, and how to build and implement it. We’ll look at critical issues in managing, governing and sharing data, and why data is so critical to Canada’s global food brand.
